Welcome to Braeview Support. Braeview is a secure mobile application used by authorized parents and staff of Willowbrae Academy childcare centres for building access and video doorbell functionality.

Getting Started

To use Braeview:

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Log in using the credentials provided by your childcare centre
3. Contact your centre if you have not received access

Account & Access Issues

If you are having trouble logging in or accessing the app:

• Verify your email and password
• Ensure your account has been activated by your childcare centre
• Contact support using the options below

QR Code Access

If your QR code is not working:

• Ensure your app is up to date
• Refresh or reopen the app
• Confirm your account is active
• If issues persist, contact support

Video Doorbell

If you cannot view the doorbell or unlock the door:

• Check your internet connection
• Ensure notifications are enabled
• Restart the app
